Our Process


 OUR PROCESS: HOW  IT WORKS

YOU SEND US YOUR CLIENT DATA

 

Attach client information to our paraplanning request form. Send attention, Para Planning Manager, by email or facsimile with your special instructions and your deposit.
2.

 

WE REVIEW INFORMATION AND CONFIRM COSTS AND STRATEGIES

 

We review documents and contact you to confirm final cost of preparation, turnaround time and request other necessary information and whether you provide the strategy or require us to do so.
3.

 

WE DEVELOP THE PLAN AND FORWARD DRAFT FOR APPROVAL

 

Initial draft will be forwarded to you for approval and any alterations that you require should be advised and discussed within 48 hours.
4.

 

WE EMAIL OR MAIL THE FINAL DOCUMENT

 

Final document will be emailed or posted to you as per your instructions.
5.

 

WE ISSUE A TAX INVOICE

 

We will send you a tax invoice in keeping with our agreed fee (Payable within 14 days).

6.

 

WE SEND YOU A REVIEW SERVICE REMINDER

 

We will follow up in 12 months(or earlier if you instruct us to) for a review of your clients circumstances.
